Dalmia Bharat Ltd on Wednesday said it has received an order from the Adjudicating Authority under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), confirming the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) provisional
attachment of land valued at ₹377.26 crore.
The confirmation order received on September 23, relates to a provisional attachment order of ₹793.34 crore issued on March 31, 2025 by the ED’s Hyderabad office.
The attachment stems from a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) case registered in 2011 concerning alleged investments in Bharathi Cement Corporation Pvt Ltd. The matter remains sub judice before the CBI Court in Hyderabad.
Dalmia Bharat clarified that the order does not impact its day-to-day operations. The company added it is reviewing the order and, based on legal advice, will pursue remedies before the appropriate forum.

Shares of Dalmia Bharat ended lower on Wednesday, closing at ₹2,325 on the NSE, down 0.6% from the previous session.
