Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda are engaged, wedding date out

We have some super amazing news for all Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda’s fans. They are engaged.

Speaking to Hindustan Times, Vijay Deverakonda's team confirmed that the couple will get married in February next year. It must be noted that neither of them has shared the engagement news on social media.

According to sources, only close family members and friends were present during the private engagement ceremony.

The engagement news comes as no surprise to fans who have long speculated about their relationship. In the past, Rashmika and Vijay were spotted at the same locations but making separate entries and exits.

The two also led New York's 43rd India Day Parade in August. Pictures of them holding hands at the event had spread like wildfire on social media. In a way, it only solidified their relationship rumours.

Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna’s Happy Dussehra post on Instagram added fuel to the engagement rumours. The actress, in the pics, was seen smiling ear-to-ear as she posed for the camera.

The beautiful saree and tilak on her forehead made the pics all the more beautiful.

As per News18, the pictures were taken on the engagement day.

“Happy Dussehra my loves. This year, I’m feeling extra grateful because of all the love you’ve been showering on the Thamma trailer and our song. Your messages, your excitement, your constant support… You make every moment bigger and happier for me. And, I can’t wait to see you all super sooooon during the promotions,” she wrote.

There have been previous occasions when Rashmika sparked dating rumours. When asked if she would marry someone in the film industry during Pushpa 2s promotion last year, she cheekily responded, "Everyone knows about it," which made Allu Arjun and the audience chuckle.

In terms of her career, Rashmika was last seen in Kuberaa. Next, she will be seen in the Bollywood horror-comedy Thamma and Cocktail 2.

Whereas Vijay Deverakonda was last seen in Kingdom.

Rashmika and Vijay have worked together in Geetha Govindam (2018), and Dear Comrade (2019).
