SLMG Beverages, Coca-Cola’s largest independent bottler in India, is targeting 10–11% growth in FY26, aided by GST cuts on bottled water and juices, according to Paritosh Ladhani, Joint Managing Director
of SLMG Beverages and Sincere Developers, and founder of Hard Rock Café Delhi.
The company closed FY25 with a gross turnover of ₹8,000 crore and aims to reach around ₹9,000 crore in FY26. Over the next five to six years, Ladhani said, SLMG plans to more than double its topline to ₹20,000 crore by expanding into new territories and tapping more consumers with affordable products.
The company, which ranks among Coca-Cola’s top 15 bottlers globally, has also lined up investments of ₹8,000 crore over the next five years. “Our objective is to break into Coca-Cola’s top 10 bottlers globally,” Ladhani said, adding that 65–70% of the funds will go towards capacity expansion, with the balance directed towards market development and new product initiatives.

SLMG currently operates eight plants—six in Uttar Pradesh (UP) and two in Bihar—serving UP, Bihar, Uttarakhand, and parts of Madhya Pradesh. Expansion plans are underway in Gorakhpur (UP) and Bihar, with the Gorakhpur facility alone attracting an investment of ₹700 crore. Spread over 40 acres, the new unit will create more than 2,000 direct and indirect jobs.
“With a bottling speed of 2,900 bottles per minute, the Gorakhpur plant will raise our daily capacity from 3.03 crore to 3.46 crore bottles,” Ladhani noted. At present, SLMG supports over 79,000 direct and indirect jobs across the value chain, including more than 5,000 direct employees.
He emphasised that the latest expansion aligns with both consumer demand and supportive policy measures. “The GST rationalisation is a timely boost for beverage consumption, especially in the affordable packaged segment,” Ladhani said.
The Gorakhpur plant will also mark Amrit Bottlers’ 10th manufacturing facility under SLMG across UP and Bihar, underscoring the company’s commitment to positioning Uttar Pradesh as a hub for beverage manufacturing and industrial investment.
