Rishab Shetty's much-awaited film 'Kantara A Legend: Chapter 1' is all set to hit cinemas worldwide tomorrow, October 2. The supernatural action-drama is a prequel to the 2022 blockbuster Kantara and is written and directed by Rishab Shetty, who also stars in the lead role.
Ahead of the grand release of the pan-Indian film, the makers announced a new development. Hombale Films and Rishab Shetty have partnered with Toonsutra, India's largest comic and webtoon platform, to adapt the cinematic sensation Kantara into digital comics and graphic novels.
This collaboration brings the record-breaking film to life in new formats, allowing fans to immerse themselves in the world of Kantara. With this new turn, the epic tale will now allow fans to experience the world of Kantara through a whole new creative dimension. It is now available for free on the Toonsutra app and website.

A new way to experience the tale that captured millions of hearts. The upcoming film features Rishab, alongside Sapthami Gowda, Kishore and Achyuth Kumar in prominent roles. The advance booking of Kantara is going strong, with the film inching closer towards the ₹20 crore mark.
The film's production team includes Arvind S Kashyap as Director of Photography and B. Ajaneesh Loknath composing the music and background score. Banglan is responsible for Production Design, while Pragathi Shetty handles Costume Design, and Dharani Gangeputra takes care of Art Direction. The action sequences are choreographed by a team including Arjun Raj, Todor Lazarov, Ram-Laxman, Mahesh Mathew, and Mithun Singh Rajput.
