EPACK Prefab Technologies on Friday (October 25) announced that it has received purchase orders worth ₹130 crore (inclusive of GST) from Avaada Ventures for the design, fabrication, supply, and erection of a pre-engineered steel building for a glass factory project at Butibori, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
According to the company’s exchange filing, the orders were dated October 13, and executed on October 24.
The company classified the purchase orders as material under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The disclosure was signed by Sanjay Singhania, Managing Director and CEO of EPACK Prefab Technologies.
