Hero MotoCorp partners with Noria Motos to enter Spain's market

Hero MotoCorp, India’s leading motorcycle and scooter maker, announced on Wednesday, October 15, its official entry into the Spanish market through a distribution partnership with Noria Motos, a subsidiary of the ONEX Group.

The move marks the company’s entry into its 50th international market, strengthening its growing presence across Europe after its recent debut in Italy.

Announcing the expansion, Sanjay Bhan, Executive Vice President, Hero MotoCorp, said, “Hero MotoCorp’s entry into Spain marks

a defining milestone in our global expansion journey. Following our foray into Italy, our launch in Spain further strengthens our footprint across Europe – one of the world’s most dynamic two-wheeler markets.”

Under the partnership, Noria Motos will distribute Hero’s Euro 5+ compliant motorcycles, initially through about 30 official sales and service outlets across Spain, expanding to over 50 by 2026 and a fully deployed network by 2028.

The brand’s debut in Spain comes with the introduction of three flagship models — Xpulse 200 4V, Xpulse 200 4V Pro, and Hunk 440.

The Hunk 440, priced at 3,488 euros (incl. VAT), is built for urban commuters and touring riders alike. It features a 27 BHP engine, dual-channel ABS, a TFT digital display, and premium suspension by KYB.

The Xpulse 200 4V and Xpulse 200 4V Pro, priced at 2,592 euros and 2,792 euros respectively, merge urban practicality with off-road performance. With three ABS modes, long-travel suspension, and Bluetooth-enabled navigation, the models are tailored for adventure riders ready to explore European terrain.

Shares of Hero MotoCorp ended at ₹5,535.00 on Wednesday, October 15, down by 0.66% on the NSE.
