Two Delta Air Lines regional jets collided on Wednesday (October 1) night while on the taxiway at LaGuardia Airport in New York. At least one person was injured in what the airline described as a "low-speed collision".
According to a statement from Delta, the wing of an aircraft getting ready to take off to Roanoke, Virginia, hit the fuselage of an aircraft arriving from Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Delta Connection aircraft involved in the collision are operated by Endeavor Air.
There were no reports of passengers injured in the incident, the airline said.
