The ₹451.3-crore mainboard IPO was fully subscribed on the last day of bidding on Thursday. The IPO, which was a complete offer for sale, was open for subscription from September 16 to 18.
By the close of bidding, Euro Pratik Sales IPO was subscribed 1.34 times, with bids for 1.8 crore shares against nearly 1.35 crore shares on offer. The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) segment was subscribed 1.05 times. The retail quota was booked 1.23 times, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) segment was subscribed 1.92 times.
The IPO bidders are now waiting for the share allotment status to be finalised by the company. The investors, who participated in the Euro Pratik Sales IPO subscription, can check the share allotment status on the websites of NSE, BSE and MUFG Intime India, the issue registrar.

1. Go to MUFG Intime India at https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html
2. Choose ‘Euro Pratik Sales’ from the dropdown list for company names.
3. Enter your PAN, Application Number, or DP/Client ID.
4. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Similarly, the investors can also check the IPO allotment status on the NSE website using their PAN and application number.
Following the finalisation of share allocation, Euro Pratik Sales is expected to initiate refunds and transfer of shares to the Demat accounts on September 22.
Shares of Euro Pratik Sales are tentatively scheduled to be listed on the NSE and BSE on September 23.
