The Nifty bulls continue to be on parade as the 50-stock index has surged above the 25,300 mark, surging towards the 25,350 mark, with gains of nearly 100 points. The Sensex index is up over 300 points. The index is rising towards the 82,700 mark.

The Nifty Bank is up over 200 points, as the banking index, the August 22 and 25 highs of 55,300 and 55,700 remain key on the upside.

Urban Company is listed on the markets with a premium of 60%, listing at ₹162 per share.

In the broader market, the midcap index is relatively underperforming, trailing behind the front-line indices. The Nifty Midcap index is up over 150 points or around 0.27%. The Nifty Smallcap index has improved its position, rising by over 0.44%.
