Procter & Gamble Health on Tuesday (September 16) said Lokesh Chandak has resigned as director and chief financial officer, effective from the close of business hours on September 30, 2025. Chandak will be moving to a new assignment within P&G as senior director – finance & accounting, feminine care – Asia Pacific Enterprise Markets, Middle East and Africa.
The company’s board of directors, at its meeting held on September 16, approved the appointment of Shashank Srowthy as CFO and additional (executive) director with effect from October 1.
Srowthy, a bachelor of electronics and telecommunication engineering from Pune University and a master of management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, has been associated with P&G since 2011. Over the past 14 years, he has held various finance roles across India, Dubai, and Singapore, contributing to multiple P&G businesses.
The shares of the company rose 1.4% in the session on Tuesday, September 16. The stock has gained close to 22% in the year so far.
