“The decision to declare the Special Interim Dividend has been taken in view of the Company’s strong cash position,” the company noted in its exchange filing.
In a regulatory filing, Uniparts India stated that Thursday, October 23, 2025, has been fixed as the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend. The payout will be completed within 30 days from the date of declaration, subject to regulations.

The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹27.07 crore, registering a 5.45% year-on-year growth compared to ₹25.67 crore in the previous year. Earnings per share (EPS) also improved to ₹3.24, up from ₹2.90 in June 2024.
