MakeMyTrip has declared important changes in its leadership team, as Mohit Kabra has been elevated from Group Chief Financial Officer to Group Chief Operating Officer. In his expanded role, Kabra will oversee day-to-day operations across all business units, drive operational strategies, and ensure coordination across MakeMyTrip’s portfolio. He recently joined the company’s Board of Directors and will continue to report to Co-Founder and Group CEO Rajesh Magow.
To fill the CFO position, the company has appointed Dipak Bohra as Group Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Bohra brings three decades of financial expertise, including 23 years at Wipro where he managed large finance and investor relations teams. At MakeMyTrip, he will lead finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations, reporting to Kabra. A Chartered Accountant, Bohra is expected to provide financial leadership as the company expands its market footprint.
Commenting on the changes, Magow said that Kabra’s deep understanding of the business makes him suited to drive operational excellence, while Bohra’s extensive experience and financial acumen will support growth and strengthen market positioning.
