Tiles maker Kajaria Ceramics Ltd on Thursday, October 16 reported a 58% year-on-year (YoY) growth in net profit to ₹133 crore for the second quarter that ended September 30, 2025. Net profit for the same
quarter last year stood at ₹84 crore.
It reported ₹1,186 crore in revenue from operations, up 2% on a year-on-year basis and 7.5% on a sequential basis. Revenue in the same quarter last year stood at ₹1,162 crore while June quarter reported ₹1,103 crore.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew by 31.3% from last year to ₹214 crore, while EBITDA margin improved by 400 basis points to 18% from 14% a year earlier.
The company has also declared an interim dividend of ₹8 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for the financial year 2025–26. It informed the exchanges that the record date to determine shareholders eligible for the dividend is Friday, October 24, 2025, and the payout will be made on or before November 14, 2025.
