Over 3,000 reports of GST cut benefits not passed to consumers: Consumer Affairs Secretary

The Consumer Affairs Secretary on Monday (Sept 29) said the department has received over 3,000 reports of companies failing to pass on the benefits of GST rate cuts to consumers. Separately, more than 25 companies have made declarations following a government audit on dark patterns.
