In the first three months of 2026, Q4FY26, Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has expanded the PNG home connections to 10.99 lakh, by adding 49,504 new households, while increased the CNG stations to 705 by adding 25 new stations, the company said in a statement. The combined CNG and PNG volume has increased by 13% increase Y-o-Y at 297 Million Standard Cubic Meters (MMSCM) for the period under review. The Industrial & Commercial connections has been increased to 9965 with 214 new customers added, and completed cumulative ~ 15,572 Inch Km of Steel Pipeline network. Under the joint venture, IndianOil-Adani Gas Pvt Ltd, the PNG home connections crossed 13.1 lakh, touching over 5 million lives daily, the statement read. It also added the combined network of 1,169 CNG Stations, with 49 new stations. The combined CNG and PNG volume of 433 MMSCM recorded with 15% increase Y-o-Y. The joint venture grew industrial & commercial connections to 11,529 by adding 429 new consumers, and completed cumulative 28,005 Inch Km of Steel Pipeline network. Since the late February, escalation of geopolitical tensions in West Asia has disrupted energy supply chains across the globe and led to market volatility. This resulted in higher natural gas prices; supply chain challenges compounded with currency volatility which led to increase in overall gas procurement cost during the quarter. Despite these headwinds, ATGL ensured uninterrupted gas supply across all operating geographical areas and continued to deliver growth in volumes, revenues, and EBITDA, Adani Gas said.
EV penetration increased:
Adani Gas has also expanded its footprint to 5,100 installed EV Charge Points across 26 states/UTs and 226 cities. The company's installed capacity has increased to ~54 MW.

For the Q4FY26, Adani Total Gas reported a 16 per cent year-on-year rise in revenue to Rs 1,696 crore in Q4 FY26, supported by higher volumes, even as the company navigated rising gas costs and global supply disruptions.
Company EBITDA for the quarter increased 13 per cent year-on-year to Rs 310 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) rose 4 per cent to Rs 156 crore.
