The concern regarding ‘AI getting out of hand’ reached another level, after a little girl’s video had millions fooled- quite literally! Believe it or not,
a video is doing rounds on social media, which is AI-generated, yet is looking ‘too real to be unreal’- to most netizens! The video showed a little girl dancing in what appeared to be a cafe. From her expressions to her dance moves and from her surroundings to whatnot- almost every detail looked real enough to creep everyone out. At first, many even couldn't even figure out that the video was a fake; it was only after a few began to point it out that the rest realised that the video had Artificial Intelligence involved in it. As soon as the post went viral, netizens began to express their concerns over ‘AI takeover’ as far as online videos are concerned. Many also suggested parents refrain from sharing their kids’ pictures online, as cases of such private images getting misused are increasing at an alarming rate. Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post. Check out the viral post: “Best 1.25 I’ve ever spent,” the post read. The post was shared on Instagram, by the handle 'sarisolstice’. The post was shared a while back and pulled more than 23M views from people.
