What is the story about?
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has revised the exam datesheet for class 10th and 12th board exams 2026. As per the revised datesheet,
the board exams scheduled to be conducted on March 3 have been rescheduled. This decision has been taken as the festival of Holi will be celebrated on March 3 and 4. The March 3 exam for class 10 will now be conducted on March 11, 2026, and the class 12 exam which was earlier scheduled for March 3 will now be held on April 10, 2026.

"It is hereby informed that the examinations of the subjects for Class 10 and Class 12, which were earlier scheduled on 03 March 2026, have been rescheduled due to administrative reasons," CBSE stated in an official notice.
CBSE also asserted that as of now aAll other examination dates remain unchanged. "Schools are requested to kindly disseminate this information to all concerned students and parents for their information and necessary action please," CBSE added. "Date Sheets are being amended accordingly and the revised dates will also be
given in the Admit Cards when issued. Your cooperation will be appreciated in ensuring smooth conduct of the
examinations."
