People who have watched a meteor shower or a metro passing by– KNOW that the phenomenon is one of the most breathtaking ones. From how it illuminates to
various ‘sparkling’ colours it produces– you name it, and almost everything about a meteor is simply ‘magical’. However, the people who have never experienced something like it- maybe THIS is your chance. A video was shared on social media, which showed a man ‘scratching’ allegedly a tiny piece of ‘meteor’- to burn it! What happened next was simply mesmerising. The alleged ‘meteor’ that looked nothing like a common rock at first- small and somewhat grey in colour- began to burn in a rather unique manner soon. Believe it or not, not only was the flame colourful, but it also sparked- as per most netizens. As soon as the video was shared online, social media started sharing its 2 cents. Most netizens called the clip beautiful, while some claimed that it was a ‘firework star’ and not a ‘meteor’. Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.
Check out the viral post:
“When meteors streak across the night sky, they carve glowing paths of fire through the darkness. What you witness are tiny pieces of space dust igniting in Earth’s atmosphere—nature’s quiet fireworks. Each passing flash is a reminder of the endless beauty and mystery of the universe. Stay awake, look up, and witness eternity falling from the stars above,” the post read.
The post was shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘lumathink’. The post was shared a while back and pulled more than 1M views from netizens.

“I can’t explain it but that fire is glittery,” a user said. “Love that everyone also thought of Calcifer,” added another person. “Not a meteor that’s a firework star,” commented a third person in the comment section.
“Oh the universe holds so much beauty from the smallest things,” added another person. “Question of all, how did you get a freaking meteor?” added another. “Loving how everyone immediately thought of howls moving castle,” added another.
“They say when we die, our memories flash before our eyes. The meteor has only known the stars. How fitting it is that the stars are the last flash it burns out with. This was just so beautiful to watch,” added another.
