- Land identified: 6,507 acres
- Investment proposals received: 987

Strategic Importance of Ganga Expressway
A special 3.5-km airstrip has been built in Shahjahanpur. It can be used for emergency landings by fighter aircraft, giving the expressway strategic defence importance as well.
The Ganga Expressway will connect seamlessly with several major highways, including:
- Yamuna Expressway
- Agra–Lucknow Expressway
- Jewar Link Expressway
- Noida International Airport connectivity routes
This will further strengthen Uttar Pradesh's growing expressway network.
