Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have been one of Telugu cinema's most loved pairs since Geetha Govindam. After years of dating rumours, the two
got married in Udaipur on February 26, 2026. Now, fans are just as curious about their home life, and the spotlight is on the couple's Hyderabad bungalow. Reports have estimated the property's value at somewhere between Rs 15 crore and Rs 20 crore, though the figure changes depending on the source and what features are counted. The house sits in Jubilee Hills, one of the most sought-after neighbourhoods in Hyderabad. Vijay has lived there since 2019 with his father Deverakonda Govardhan Rao, mother Madhavi, brother Anand and his dog Storm, a husky. The home also holds a special place in the couple’s story. The two reportedly got engaged there in a private ceremony on October 3, 2025, choosing a homely setting over a grand outdoor venue.
A Look Inside The Home
From the outside, it is a multi-floor bungalow known for its modern style, minimalist decor and elegant white interiors. The design is clean and calm, without anything flashy or overdone.A large, dark wooden door marks the entrance, while French windows let in plenty of natural light and fresh air. These windows are one of the standout features of the house and appear in many of the photos the couple has shared on Instagram. The pictures show a clear liking for neutral tones, which gives the large multi-level villa a warm feel. Some rooms have wooden flooring and stairs, while others have cosy corners where Vijay can spend time with his pet. The living room is fully open, with no walls or partitions, because it is meant for family time.
The bedroom follows the same simple style. It is all white, with long beige blinds for privacy.
For relaxing and hosting, the house has a few special spaces. There is a stylish bar done in soft tones with golden lighting and comfortable seating. The large terrace balcony, with hardwood flooring in neutral shades, is designed for small parties. It also works well for evening tea with family or a small barbecue with friends. The house is surrounded by greenery and sits in a high-security part of the city.
A New Chapter
While the Jubilee Hills home remains their base, the couple may soon have another address. They have reportedly bought a luxury villa near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Hyderabad, in an upscale project called Future Trends – The Valley. The villa is said to cover nearly 1,000 square yards, with a private swimming pool and a big backyard. The gated community has an artificial waterfall, water streams and layouts planned for privacy. Property rates in the area are reportedly around Rs 15,000 per square foot. The house news comes at a busy time for the pair. Their latest film together, Ranabaali, earned Rs 34 crore worldwide in its opening weekend. For a couple whose love story began on screen, their real home feels refreshingly simple. It shows that luxury does not always need to be loud. Sometimes, it is just about light, space and family.
