The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has extended the last date to apply for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026 with a late
fee. According to the updated schedule, candidates can now register themselves on the official website, goaps.iitg.ac.in, until October 13, 2025. Candidates who couldn’t apply earlier must utilise this opportunity and register before the deadline. It is unlikely that IIT Guwahati will provide another extension; therefore, candidates are advised not to wait until the last moment to apply. - Relevant Annexure(s), if applicable, in the PDF

- Visit the official website: gate2026.iitg.ac.in.
- On the homepage, click on Application Portal.
- Complete the registration process and log in.
- Fill out the application form.
- Upload the required documents and pay the fee.
- Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.
