A Dubai-bound SpiceJet flight was delayed by over 24 hours, which resulted in a protest by the passengers at the Delhi airport, where they raised "SpiceJet
Chor Hai" slogans. As per flight radar 24, the flight SG5111 which was supposed to take off from Delhi at 8:30 AM on Monday stands cancelled, while another flight SG5105 was supposed to take off on Monday night at around 10:10 PM and has been delayed. A viral video has emerged, which shows several passengers sitting on the floor at Delhi’s IGI airport seeking answers from the airline over the delay. According to an official statement by SpiceJet, flights SG 5111 and SG 5105, operating from Delhi to Dubai, have been delayed due to operational reasons following the grounding of an aircraft. The airline said, alternate flights are being arranged to accommodate the affected passengers, and that they are making every effort to minimise the inconvenience caused.
