Taking to social media, a Bengaluru man recalled an incident which happened exactly as explained above. The dish in question that had intrigued the man’s interest was “Chilly-Dusted Gold Fingers”, while the dish that came out was “pipe papad”! Yes, take your time to digest that. Taking to the internet, the man expressed his shock and joked that he became “first in his bloodline” to “pay Rs 150” for some ‘fryums’, also known as ‘papad’. As soon as the post went viral, netizens began to react. Most found the incident hilarious, while some called it a “scam” by the restaurant.
