a day before the official release. Netizens can’t stop talking about it. Amid the buzz, a man has gone viral on social media after travelling from Dubai to Delhi just to watch Dhurandhar 2. He documented his experience on video, which has since gone viral, with netizens calling it “next-level commitment.” The video was shared on Instagram by well-known influencer Technical Guruji (Gaurav Chaudhary). It was captioned, “What happens when you decide to take a flight from Dubai to Delhi just to watch a movie?” The influencer documented his entire journey, going straight to the theatre from the airport and arriving just 11 minutes before showtime.
The video has garnered varied reactions online. One user wrote, “Next-level commitment for the movie.” Another remarked, “Jalwe ho to aise ho.” (“This is what real style looks like.”) A third commented, “Kya baat hai bhai, sirf movie dekhne ke liye Dubai se India aa gaya, paisa ho to aisa ho, otherwise na ho.” (“Wow, man, you came all the way from Dubai to India just to watch a movie! If you’ve got money, this is how you spend it… otherwise, don’t even bother.”) The video has since garnered over a million views.
The film continues to receive immense praise from those who watched it during paid previews. However, several viewers complained that shows at multiple theatres were either cancelled or delayed due to a “technical glitch.” Later, director Aditya Dhar issued an apology on Instagram. While many were able to watch the film, others have requested people not to post spoilers on social media. Dhar also urged audiences to avoid sharing spoilers.
