What is the story about?
Delhi Temperature: Delhi on Sunday witnessed a significant drop in nighttime temperature, with the mercury dipping to 6°C. This came on a day when the national
capital recorded its coldest day in December so far, along with the first cold wave day of the season. The city woke up to dense fog, which mixed with toxic smog, severely affecting visibility across several areas. Owing to the low visibility, multiple airlines issued passenger advisories, warning that flight operations could be disrupted. While there is no alert for Sunday, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert for Monday and a yellow alert for Tuesday, predicting another cold day in the capital.
