What if your three-kilometre auto ride came with CCTV, chocolates, perfume, water, sanitiser and even a bubble gun? One auto-rickshaw driver in Pune has
turned an ordinary commute into an unusually comfortable experience, and a video showcasing the vehicle has gone viral on social media. The auto-rickshaw was captured by a male passenger in a video shared on Instagram, which has since garnered significant attention online. The video was shared by Instagram user Sanket Kankarej (@teknas.reverse), with a text overlay that reads, “Rickshaw wale bhaiyya took customer satisfaction seriously.” The video was captioned, “Sahi logon ke saath, rickshaw bhi Mercedes ban jaati hai. 3 kilometre ride. CCTV, Perfume, Chocolates, Water, Sanitizer, Bubble gun, Dustbin, Radha-Krishna frame, Feedback diary, etc. And probably more things I haven't even noticed.” According to the passenger, the driver said a customer once had his BMW at a service centre and travelled in the auto instead. The customer reportedly told him that he had more fun in the auto than in his BMW. Sharing his own experience, the passenger wrote, “I was on my way to office, stressed and completely uninterested in the day ahead. Three kilometres in this auto and my mood had flipped.” The video then shows the various amenities inside the auto-rickshaw, including CCTV, sanitiser, chocolates, water, a bubble gun, a dustbin, a feedback diary and other features.
The video has since gone viral and garnered significant reactions online, with many users praising the driver for going the extra mile to make passengers comfortable.
