The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will start the registration process for the Company Secretary (CS) Executive and Professional Programme
(Syllabus 2022) for the December 2025 session today, August 26, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can register at icsi.edu until September 25, 2025. Those who fail to register within the specified timeframe can do so between September 26 and October 10, 2025, by paying a late fee. As per the official schedule, ICSI will conduct the Professional and Executive exams from December 22 to December 29, 2025, in both English and Hindi. Candidates will have 3 hours and 15 minutes, from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM, to complete the exam. Online Pre-Examination Mandatory for Professional Programme Candidates must pass an Online Pre-Examination Test, together with either ODOP or TDOP, based on their respective registration timelines, to be eligible.
