Despite ‘Biryani’ and ‘ice cream’ being two of the most loved dishes– someone actually went ahead and turned them into a ‘combination’ that seemingly no
one asked for! A video was recently shared on social media, which showed a woman making ‘Biryani ice cream’. In the video, the woman was seen infusing multiple Biryani ingredients in some sugar and cream. What came in the end was more of a ‘biriyani-flavoured ice cream’, rather than an outright mixture of ‘biriyani and ice cream’– perhaps that’s why the video did get some audience that expressed their interest in wanting to try something like that. However, many seemingly did not like the topping– which were fried onions! Coming to the netizens who were NOT happy about the ‘experiment’, well, there were many, naturally. Most jokingly asked the woman if everything was okay with her, while some downright refused to ever try something like that. Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post. Check out the viral post: “Biryani ice cream. Modern day passion project of the unemployment. I am not beating the Asian stereotype unfortunately. My flatmates approved of it so if anyone disagrees I will thread your chin hair,” the post read. The post was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘babasood’. The post was shared a few days ago and pulled 1K views from people.
Internet’s reactions:
“Is everything okay at home Shreya?” a user joked. “My eye is twitching but the execution of the biriyani ice-cream was on point. Still, this is scary,” commented another person in the comment section.

“Gurl we have to try this to believe it’s good,” commented another person. “What is wrong with people these days? It does look interesting but still I cannot do this in biriyani,” added the next internet user.
