India's primary market is poised for another action-packed week as five initial public offerings (IPOs) gear up for launch across both mainboard and SME
platforms. From decorative laminates and TMT bars to cybersecurity and cables, the new crop of public issues promises something for every kind of investor. Euro Pratik Sales Leads the Mainboard Pack Among the larger IPOs, Euro Pratik Sales is set to raise Rs 451 crore, making it the biggest mainboard issue this week. Specialising in decorative laminates and surface solutions, the company’s IPO will open for subscription on September 16 and close on September 18. The price band has been set at Rs 235–247 per share, and Axis Capital is acting as the lead book-running manager. The stock will be listed on both the BSE and NSE. Close behind, VMS TMT, a Gujarat-based producer of TMT bars, will open its Rs 148 crore IPO from September 17 to 19. The price band is Rs 94–99 per share, with Arihant Capital managing the offer. This issue will also be listed on both major stock exchanges. SME Space Sees Active Participation Smaller companies continue to tap the SME segment, with at least three noteworthy IPOs opening this week: TechD Cybersecurity, backed by investor Vijay Kedia, will run its Rs 39 crore issue from September 15 to 17, priced at Rs 183–193 per share. Sampat Aluminium, operating in the building materials sector, is launching a Rs 30.53 crore IPO between September 17 and 19, with a price band of Rs 114–120. JD Cables, known for manufacturing cables and conductors, is looking to raise Rs 96 crore via a 63 lakh share offer, priced at Rs 144–152 apiece. Ongoing IPOs Keep The Momentum Going In addition to the new launches, a couple of ongoing IPOs from the previous week will continue to be open: LT Elevator, a BSE SME issue of Rs 39.37 crore, is open from September 12 to 16 for Rs 76–78 per share. Airfloa Rail Technology, which manufactures railway components and is linked to the Vande Bharat buzz, is offering a Rs 91.10 crore issue priced at Rs 140, open from September 11 to 15. IPO Buzz Remains Strong Despite Market Volatility The wide array of upcoming listings, spanning both industrial and tech sectors, highlights ongoing interest from both retail and institutional investors. Even with broader market volatility, activity in the IPO space remains robust in the upcoming week. (Disclaimer: This article is meant solely for informational and educational purposes.
