A video showing US President Donald Trump during an Oval Office meeting on Wednesday has sparked online debate, after social media users suggested he appeared
to fall asleep. The footage was recorded as Trump signed a bill restoring whole milk to school cafeterias across the United States, reversing Obama-era restrictions on higher-fat milk options. During the event, Trump remarked: "Whether you're a Democrat or a Republican, whole milk is a great thing." In the video, which has circulated widely online, the President is seen seated at the Resolute Desk, surrounded by aides and guests. His eyes appear closed while a woman speaks nearby, prompting speculation on social media that he had briefly fallen asleep.

The clip has generated discussion about the President's health, though the White House has not commented directly on the footage.
Several social media users expressed concern. One post from a pro-Democratic account said: "In a stunning moment, Donald Trump has fallen asleep again at a public meeting. Wow."
Another wrote: "Donald Trump just fell asleep again during a public meeting. This is who they're telling us is fit to run the country. Wow."
A third user commented: "Trump fell asleep right in the middle of the meeting and it looks like the little girl noticed," sharing a clip focusing on a child's reaction during the event.
One individual also suggested physical signs of fatigue, writing: "When you fall into a sleep-like state, your face will droop some. See the drooping under Trump's nose?"
The discussion comes amid previous public scrutiny of the President's health. Trump has previously dismissed rumours related to medical concerns, including speculation following images that showed bruising on his hand.
In a recent interview, Health Secretary Robert F Kennedy Jr defended the President's condition, saying: "He's in incredible health." He added that television doctor Mehmet Oz had told him Trump had the "highest testosterone level that he's ever seen for an individual over 70 years old."
The administration has repeatedly stated that the President is in good health, and Trump has denied suggestions to the contrary.
