Tesla has inaugurated its second showroom in India at Delhi’s Aerocity, signalling a major push into the country’s luxury EV market. The Elon Musk-owned
automaker will expand its supercharging network in key metros , Gurugram, Noida, and Saket , with Delhi and Mumbai as priority hubs. Following the launch of its first experience centre in Mumbai and the Model Y priced from Rs 59.89 lakh, Tesla aims to have the Gurugram supercharger operational within weeks, followed by installations in Saket and Noida. Mumbai will also see new stations in Lower Parel, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, complementing the existing Bandra Kurla Complex hub. Regional Director for South East Asia, Isabel Fan, hinted at Bengaluru being Tesla’s next big market. She also announced upcoming mobile service units, remote diagnostics, a service centre, and a Tesla Approved Collision Centre in India. Deliveries for Indian customers are set to begin in September.
