hangovers and Noida’s chaos, people across the region often complain about the daily struggles of urban life. Severe air pollution, unbearable weather, traffic jams, overcrowding, and rising living costs have made survival in NCR feel like a challenge in itself. Amid this, a hilarious post has gone viral online after a man perfectly summed up the reality of living in NCR, describing his “dukh, dard, peeda” while taking a dig at the air quality and ''alcohol culture.'' The post, shared on Instagram, reads, “Living in NCR is tough. Delhi raho to Lungs kharab (implying air pollution), Gurgaon (now Gurugram) jao to Liver kharab (alcohol culture), Noida jao to dimaag kharab.” “Dukh, Dard, Peeda,” the caption adds.
While NCR isn’t just limited to Delhi, Gurugram, or Noida — it also covers Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Sonipat, Panipat, Meerut, Karnal, Rohtak, Rewari, and several other towns — residents across these areas couldn’t resist joining the fun in the comments section.
