OneTicket App For Mumbai Metro! Book Your Entire Journey With Just One Ticket-Details Inside Mumbai commuters can now book their entire metro journey with
just one ticket. With the newly launched OneTicket App, supported by the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network, you can switch Mumbai metro lines with just a single ticket. The OneTicket App was launched as a pilot on Metro-3 in June 2025, using QR codes to make it easier for commuters. As the Mumbai Metro has now been expanding, with the current 70 km network expected to reach 340 km, a unified ticketing system was needed. Since different metro lines are being run by different operators, it was hard and confusing to book multiple tickets. To make the journey smooth for the commuters, SequelString, in support of Mumbai Metro One, has launched the OneTicket App. "The app is built on ONDC's digital infrastructure, which connects commuter needs to metro services seamlessly," the statement read.
