In a bizarre incident that came forward from Uttar Pradesh, a crowd- with wide smiles on their faces- was seen rushing to collect “expired chocolates”
that allegedly had been dumped by a factory on the roadside. Allegedly, the incident unfolded in Kanpur’s Panki. The crowd was seen amused and even excited, as people took time and chose the chocolate packets that they wanted to take home from the dumped lot. The video was quick to go viral, leaving many reacting. Most were quick to call it another "example" of "lack of civic sense” among Indians, while the rest called it a risk for health. Netizens also questioned the factory for dumping discarded batches on the roadside, an area with easy access for the public. Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.
