Burning a massive cake ordered by a client is not exactly something that bakers do every other day- perhaps that’s why, when this Louisiana baker ended
up burning a birthday cake worth USD 600 (approximately Rs 57,000) on the pickup day itself– the internet was left with a whole lot of questions. However, the moment the reason behind the cake’s ‘unusual end’ was revealed, “satisfactions” is what ran across social media. Confused? Taking to the internet, the baker- Julie Fradella- shared a video where she narrated the cake’s story. As per Fradella, a female client had ordered the said cake for her boyfriend’s birthday. The cake was supposed to be distributed at a party of “75 guests”. However, on the day of the pick-up, the girlfriend was left heartbroken instead, as she found out about her partner cheating on her. Upset over the disloyalty, the woman reached out to the baker, asking her if she could smash the cake, only for Fradella to come up with a “better idea”. Fradella, to fulfil her client's unique request, ended up burning the cake, which she revealed in a video that was directly addressing the "cheating boyfriend". The video immediately went viral, pulling many reactions. Check out the viral post: “And before y’all come telling me@about a charge back. SHE was my client. She is who I invoiced. She is the cardholder. I am doing what my client requested!! Now how he paid her ain’t none of my business. The legalities are covered. Trust me. But baby this was my type of carrying on. I hate she had to go through that but I think all of us can relate unfortunately. Baby a big ole party with no cake. This cake was set to serve 75,” the post read. The post was shared on Instagram by the handle ‘Julie Fradella’. It was shared yesterday and pulled many views from people. (Viewer discretion advised: The reel consists abusive words)
