Preity Zinta, known for films like Kal Ho Naa Ho and Veer-Zaara, and now gearing up for her comeback in the partition drama Lahore 1947 alongside Sunny
Deol, has kept fans curious about her real estate moves in Mumbai's poshest pocket, Pali Hill. The actress continues to remain active across business and entertainment ventures while maintaining a relatively low profile when it comes to property dealings. Here is everything known about her Pali Hill home and its value. This is the very same tower where she lived before she got married and moved to California. The flat is part of a super-premium residential tower that was being built by Rustomjee in Pali Hill, Bandra. The apartment has a carpet area of 1,474 square feet and comes with two reserved parking spots. Zinta also got exclusive access to an extra 90 square feet of space, and the deal worked out to around Rs 1.15 lakh per square foot. That put the total price at roughly Rs 17 crore. She bought the flat from Keystone Realtors Limited, and the registration went through on October 23, 2023. As per the reports, she also paid a stamp duty of Rs 85.07 lakh for the deal. Interestingly, the purchase was not a plain market sale. Zinta had actually owned property in that building for many years, and the flat came to her through an allotment process after the building went through redevelopment. Under the redevelopment agreement between the housing society and the developer, the unit was officially handed to her as Permanent Alternate Accommodation, an arrangement formalised in October 2023. At the time, the news sparked chatter that the actress might be shifting her base back to Mumbai after years of living abroad, though she never confirmed this herself. What Happened To The Flat Later? Fast forward to late 2025 and 2026, and property records show Zinta actually let go of her Pali Hill holdings. In November 2025, registration records showed she sold an apartment in the same building, measuring around 1,474 square feet on the 11th floor, for more than Rs 14 crore. Then just months later, she sold another unit in the same complex. This apartment sits in Parishram by Rustomjee, a redeveloped residential building on Nargis Dutt Road in Bandra West, one of Mumbai's most sought-after luxury housing pockets. The property, on the 11th floor, has a carpet area of about 1,771 square feet and comes with three car parking spaces in the building's podium levels. Zinta's Pali Hill flat was never her only address. She also owns a Los Angeles residence estimated to be worth Rs 35-40 crore, along with other residential and commercial investments in India worth roughly Rs 25 crore. Her approach seems to favour a mix of a stable overseas home base along with income-generating Indian assets rather than holding on to a single flagship Mumbai property for the long term.
