What is the story about?
You can hate him or love him to bits, but there's one thing you can't quite deny about 'rockign star' Yash - his unmistakable presence, definitely on screen,
but also off it. Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has just hit theatres further fueling the ever-present frenzy around the KGF star. However, contrary to perception, his inner world is decidedly more intimate. Alongside his wife, Radhika Pandit, Yash has created a Bengaluru home that feels warm, personal and grounded and is for all practical purposes, a quiet glimpse of his life beyond the spotlight.
Luxury Times Two!
A duplex apartment in North Benglauru, located in the Prestige Golf Apartments, near Windsor Manor is where Yash retreats after his long schedules in front of the camera. The property, worth between ₹4 to ₹7 crores as per several reports, is believed to be overlooking a scenic golf course. What's interesting about the house is that Yash' wife Radhika Pandit has closely designed its expanses, making every detail in the home feel that much more personal. Of course, living with the doting parents are their children Ayra and Yatharv, which is potentially what informs the 'family-first' design of the house.

Functional comfort is the presiding principle with which this house has been designed as is a sense of minimalism. There's not much heavy decoration to capture your senses, but the home exudes a sort of calm. The soft colour palette and the heavy reliance on wooden finishes and a general sense of openness, even in a property standing tall in a bustling metropolitan, is potentially the design ethos' biggest win. Soft natural light typically floods the insides of the home in the day while night time invites a cool and calm breeze - thr Greece-inspired balcony garden ensures ample, fresh ventilation circulating through the house. Besides this, the home also has a private temple. Yash for one, is incredibly religious and is known to undertake pilgrimages right before a big film hits theatres. In the past, the actor was spotted seeking blessing at the Mahakal Temple in Ujjain. This time around, a day before Toxic opened in theatres bright and early with 6 am shows, the actor had made his way to the Dharamsthala in order to bow his head at the Lord Manjunatha temple. Coming back to his Bengaluru home, a grand and winding staircase as well as a dedicated play area for the kids make up the final details of his home.

Yash Loves to Live Life, King Size
Several reports peg Yash's net worth around₹53 to ₹60 crores. Besides this stunnign property, the now pan-India star also has to his name a Range Rover, BMW as well as Merceded SUVs. He is also believed to have invested in pockets of land across Karnataka. A sizeable part of his worth is also dedicated to philanthropy, particularly through the works of the Yasho Marga Foundation.
Also for his latest endeavour, Geetu Mohandas' Toxic, the film is currently running in theatres.
