Tiger Shroff is known for his flying kicks and dance moves, but one of his proudest moments happened away from the camera. The actor bought a huge 8BHK
apartment in Mumbai and moved in with his whole family. For a family that had lived on rent for years, this was more than just a property deal. It was a dream finally coming true.
A Home Facing The Arabian Sea
Tiger's new address is Rustomjee Paramount in Khar, Mumbai, where he lives with his father Jackie Shroff, mother Ayesha Shroff and sister Krishna Shroff. The building sits in the Bandra-Khar belt, and it offers community living along with clear, open views of the Arabian Sea in one of the city’s most popular areas. The project is also big on design. Its tall towers were designed by architect Sanjay Puri of Sanjay Puri Architects. It is a private gated community with apartments ranging from 2BHK to 8BHK, and prices start at around Rs 5.5 to 7 crore.Tiger also has famous neighbours. The complex is home to stars like Rani Mukerji, Hardik Pandya, Krunal Pandya, Meghna Ghai Puri and Disha Patani.
The deal did not come cheap. As per an earlier ETimes report, Tiger bought three properties in the same building and paid around Rs 31.5 crore for them. A later report put the current market value of his 8BHK apartment at about Rs 35 crore.
What The Inside Looks Like
The interiors were done with care and a lot of family input. Tiger wanted his home to look minimal but modern, and he asked for special attention to be paid to the gym. That makes sense for someone whose life revolves around fitness. The apartment has a contemporary feel, with plenty of room for a high-end gym and his workout routines.The design work was handled by a well-known name. Abraham John Architects, run by John Abraham’s brother Alan Abraham, designed the interiors. Ayesha Shroff played a big role too. Krishna said her mother did the interiors with Alan’s help, and it took her three to four months to set up the house. The layout is planned around how the family lives and works. Separate areas have been marked out for workouts, dance practice and work meetings. Photos shared online also give fans a peek at his bedroom, a lovely balcony, a stylish terrace where he hosts parties, a specially designed kitchen, his home gym and a pool.
Tiger has always said this home is for his loved ones, not just for him. When he confirmed the purchase, he said, “It would be wrong to say I’ve bought it for myself.” He added that he could never imagine moving into his own place without his family, since they are the reason he works. The move also ended a long phase of renting. Krishna told ETimes that their last flat on Carter Road was rented, and that this new place is truly their own. There was a small tradition too. Krishna shared that she was the first to step into the house, as advised by their family priest.
Jackie Shroff was clearly moved. He praised his son and said he was proud of Tiger for fulfilling his dream of buying a new home for the family.
