Calling your cab driver after booking an online cab service is quite normal. In fact, that is one of the first things that most people do after booking a cab.
However, when this Bengaluru man messaged his Uber cab driver with the intention to ask the same- the response that he received was something that he did not see coming. Taking to social media, the man recalled the entire incident on Reddit. As per the post, the man had booked a cab and texted the driver to confirm whether he was coming or not. “Are you coming?” the man’s text message had read, only to get, “If it is urgent, book another. This is not airplane,” in response. Yes, not only did the driver snap at the customer, but also allegedly cancelled the cab later. The Redditor further clarified that he always asks for confirmations from other drivers as well. The passenger also shared a screenshot of the same, which quickly went viral. Most netizens recalled their own similar instances, while some chastised the driver’s behaviour. Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post.
