The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 admit card for session 1 will be released on the official website of the National Testing Agency this week.
Applicants appearing for the JEE Main exam beginning on January 21 are advised to be ready with their application number and password to download the admit card. As per the information bulletin, the hall tickets will be released three to four days ahead of the exam. In case candidates see any errors or discrepancies in the admit card, they can follow these steps to get it rectified. To avoid this situation, NTA opens the application correction window soon after the end of registrations. Candidates are given 2-3 days' time to correct the details. If one submits the request and still it does not get reflected on admit card, they can follow these steps.
Steps to Resolve Errors and Discrepancies in JEE Main Hall Ticket
- Step 1: Go to the official website and look for latest news section
- Step 2: Click on the January JEE Mains 2026 session 1 admit card link
- Step 3: Enter the required details to view the admit card
- Step 4: Carefully review the hall ticket and compare it with your application form details.
- Step 5: Carefully look for misspelled names, incorrect dates of birth, and wrong photographs. Look if the test centre city is not matching with the details on admit card
- Step 6: Contact the NTA helpline for correction
No candidate will be allowed to appear at the examination centre on a date or shift/ time other than that allotted to them on their admit card.
