to outage tracker Downdetector, more than 4,000 reports were logged, with users in cities such as San Francisco, Jacksonville, Chicago, and Los Angeles affected. Several shoppers took to social media to report disruptions, saying they were unable to complete deliveries or access customer details while actively working on orders. In response, Instacart acknowledged the issue, stating its IT team is aware of the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible, while apologizing for the inconvenience.
