Several shoppers took to social media to report disruptions, saying they were unable to complete deliveries or access customer details while actively working on orders. In response, Instacart acknowledged the issue, stating its IT team is aware of the problem and working to resolve it as quickly as possible, while apologizing for the inconvenience.
