The Board of School Education, Haryana (BSEH) has postponed the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) 2026. A fresh date will be announced soon by the authorities.
Earlier, HTET 2026 was scheduled for January 17 and 18, 2026. However, a recent update on the official website's important dates section suggests that the exam has been deferred and will be conducted later. Some media reports suggest that the exam will likely be held in the last week of January, 2026. As of now, the authorities have not stated the reason behind HTET 2026 postponement. If and when an official clarification arrives, we will update this page. Since the exam has been postponed for now, candidates can utilise this time to focus on their preparation. HTET 2026 Exam Structure All the questions in HTET will be multiple choice questions. Each carrying one mark, with four alternatives out of which one answer will be correct.
