In it, a piece of a tunnel can be seen lying on the road, obstructing vehicles. As people try to navigate the area, some bikers can be seen riding through the tunnel piece to cross the road. A text overlay on the video reads, “Indian public day by day.” Based on one of the bikers’ number plates, viewers speculated that the incident took place in Maharashtra.
