Washington: US Immigration Lawyer Charles Kuck has called out Donald Trump for his H1B move, saying that this is nothing but rhetoric to rile up the masses
so they don’t see what’s really going on. Kuck said that the H1B visa has been oversubscribed since 1996 and is not a new issue adding there are over 175 million people working in US and H1B accounts just 65,000 of it. "They have 175 million people working in the United States. The H1B visa gives just 65,000 to foreigners with advanced degrees. This is nothing for us. The visa fee hike is an attempt to rile the masses up so we don't look at what's really going on," said immigration lawyer Charles Kuck.
