Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras will support enforcement at fuel stations. The government will also restrict the entry of vehicles registered outside Delhi that do not meet BS-VI emission standards from November 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027. CNG and electric vehicles will be exempt from this restriction. The government has announced strict restrictions on construction and demolition activities to control dust pollution. Dust-generating demolition and outdoor civil construction work will be prohibited from November 1 to January 31. A complete ban on construction and demolition activities will be imposed from December 10 to January 20.
