AAI Junior Executive Recruitment 2025: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) is beginning a huge recruitment drive for Junior Engineers. This time, the
recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 976 vacancies. Interested and eligible candidates can register online through the official website, aai.aero. To be eligible for this, candidates should hold an engineering degree or MCA/Architecture degree in a relevant field. GATE 2023, GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 scores will be considered for shortlisting. Only candidates below 27 years (as on 27 September 2025) will be allowed to apply for these vacancies. Age relaxations will apply as per Government norms for reserved categories.
How to Apply for AAI Junior Executive 2025
Step 1: Go to the official website: aai.aero
Step 2: Navigate to the “Recruitment” section and choose Junior Executive 2025.
Step 3: Complete the registration process and log in using the generated credentials.
Step 4: Fill out the online application form carefully and upload the required documents, photograph, and signature as per the given specifications.
Step 5: Pay the application fee (if applicable), then submit the form.
Step 6: Download and keep a printout of the submitted application for future reference.
General/OBC/EWS candidates have to pay Rs 300 as application fee. Exempted categories are: Women, SC, ST, Ex-servicemen, and candidates with one year of apprenticeship in AAI.
As per the official notification, the AAI recruitment will be conducted to hire 11 people for Junior Executive (Architecture) post. The recruitment drive will also fill 199 posts for Junior Executive (Engineering - Civil), 208 posts of Junior Executive (Engineering - Electrical), 527 posts for Junior Executive (Electronics), and 31 posts for Junior Executive (Information Technology).
Those selected as Junior Executives will receive a pay scale ranging between Rs 40,000 and Rs 1,40,000 per month along with applicable benefits.
