What is the story about?
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the class 10 Science exam on February 25, 2026. Ahead of exams, the students can follow the below-mentioned
study tips and hacks to revise well. Before the exam, students should follow a proper final revision checklist and tick each task only after completing it carefully. Students should start by revising all NCERT theory, important formulas, and diagrams. Then practice exemplar questions and school worksheets to strengthen your understanding. By completing these steps with clear planning and regular practice, students can revise the chapter on Light—Reflection and Refraction effectively and walk into the examination hall with confidence. 1. Revise Smartly (Don’t Panic Revise)
- Go through formulas (Physics) - Electricity, Magnetism, Light.
- Revise chemical equations (Chemistry) - balance them properly.
- Learn diagrams (Biology) - Human eye, Heart, Nephron, Brain, Reproductive organs.
- Revise important definitions (at least 2–3 lines precise).
Physics
· Write formulas first.
· Substitute values with units.
· Final answer must include correct unit.
· Show proper steps (step marking is given).
Chemistry
· Balanced equations compulsory.
· Mention state symbols where required.
· Write observations clearly.
· Don’t skip reasoning questions.
Biology
· Label diagrams neatly with pencil.
· Write points in bullets.
· Use scientific terminology (avoid casual language).

While writing your CBSE class 10 exam, make sure you draw neat diagrams wherever needed. Diagrams help you to score better, and there is no harm in making them even if the question does not clearly ask for them, as diagrams can help you score better. Always underline or highlight important keywords in your answers so the examiner can easily notice them. Be extra careful while attempting competency-based questions, and read case-study questions at least twice to fully understand what is being asked before you start writing.
For managing your time well, try to finish Section A (MCQs) in about 20 minutes. Spend around 50–60 minutes on Sections B and C. Keep 20–25 minutes for the case-study questions. Save the last 15 minutes to revise your paper, check for mistakes, and make any necessary corrections.
