There is a thin line between a daredevil and a miscreant. A daredevil surely puts life in danger and performs all kinds of stunts that otherwise can easily
put people in the hospital- but they hardly ever put the lives of others at risk. However, when it comes to miscreants who simply want to perform stunts in the name of “looking savage”- others, more often than not, also end up getting hurt. The internet was reminded of a similar difference, after a video of a biker surfaced online. The biker was seen performing a stunt- much like a daredevil- but with blatant disregard for the safety of other commuters on the road. In the clip, a man was seen rashly driving close to a massive truck. After a while, the biker began to drive somewhat UNDER the speeding truck, putting not only his life at risk but also the life of the truck driver, along with other nearby commuters on the road. As soon as the clip went viral, netizens began to demand his arrest. Many are also resorting to brutally trolling him. For those not aware, laws against rash driving fall under India's Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 279 (now BNS Section 281) and Motor Vehicles Act (MVA) Section 184. It includes penalisation of driving dangerously and endangering life. Punishment includes imprisonment, fine or both. Coming back to the video, Times Now could not confirm the details and the authenticity of the post. The post was shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘Times Now’. The post was shared today and pulled many views from people.

“Putting the poor driver's life at risk...the bikers licensed should be canceled,” a user said. “I don’t know what to say. Why do people do such things? What if this would have caused a major accident?" added another.

“This is not just the question of zero civic sense and traffic violation, it also shows how Indians are no longer scared of rules and laws and a possible punishment- because nobody ever gets punished,” added another person.
“I hope the man learns a much needed lesson because what the f*ck even is this? This is a very large truck, if something would have happened, the accident would have been a huge one,” commented the next person.
