Week! For those not aware, unlike the other days which are more about materialistic things– this day is more about trust, bond and the will to stay on one’s word. In other words, it’s Promise Day today- February 11. Naturally, the internet is going crazy with all kinds of reactions. From people genuinely wishing each other and encouraging others to make and keep wholesome promises to some sharing rather ‘promising memes’ that are bound to make you laugh– you name and the social media is witnessing all kinds of reactions. ‘Laxmi Chit Fund’ and ‘25 Din Mein Paisa Double’ memes are on top, as far as Promise Day memes are concerned. For context, both were dialogues and scams from the 2006 Bollywood comedy film ‘Phir Hera Pheri’. They were all about money scams and high-risk investments.
