Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar (GSHSEB) has extended the last date to apply for the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET)
2026. Candidates seeking admission to state-level engineering and pharmacy colleges can now apply on the official website, gujcet.gseb.org, until January 16, 2026, by paying a late fee. Applicants will have to pay an Rs 350 examination fee + an additional Rs 1,000 to apply for GUJCET 2026 until mid-January. Payment can be made online via credit card, debit card, or net banking through the SBI Epay System or via the "SBI Branch Payment" option at any SBI Branch. Previously, the deadline was set for January 6, 2026. However, the authorities decided to offer an extension to accommodate candidates' requests. Who Can Apply for GUJCET 2026 Candidates who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as mandatory subjects can apply. They must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in the qualifying subjects (40% for reserved categories) to be considered eligible. - Class 10 mark sheet
- Class 12 mark sheet / appearing certificate
- GUJCET 2026 registration details
- Aadhaar card or other valid photo ID
- Passport-size photograph (recent)
- Scanned signature
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Income certificate (for fee concession, if applicable)
- Disability (PwD) certificate (if applicable)
- Domicile certificate of Gujarat (if applicable)
- Bank details / payment proof for application fee
The size of attachments should be between 5KB and 50KB, with approximate dimensions : 120px X 120px.
